I have been searching for ready to move in apartments in Whitefield, Varthur area. But almost no projects are having OC and CC but have A khata. Already people have moved in and living in these properties from years without OC. If you have bought an under construction property in this area, 99% case is you are living there now without OC. How should I assess the risk involved in buying ready to move in property without OC, but has all other docs clear.
