I currently do not live in Bangalore but will relocate by 2016 and am looking to buy an apartment to live.
I was informed that there are a few flats for sale in Phase I of Shriram Suhaana project.
Request feedback regards to location, construction quality, specifications, amenities, value for money from
persons who had booked in this project. What is the maximum price range per Sq ft should one pay today ,
for a 3 BHK flat in this project ?

Hi HareKrishna,
Even I was intrested in this property. The venue is good. Apt is spacious. Pricing is ok. But their legal opinion is not ready. I had even paid a token of 1 lakh post dated (which i withdrew) as the leags opinion was not provided to me. The marketing guy asured it was done , but even after 3 weeks i have not got it..
