Hi Everyone,

Could anyone provide any input on buying 2BHK property from Shriram builders for self use? How is the reputation and stability of the Shriram group? Do they categorize as A class builders? How is their Shriram summit project? – quality, commitment on completion, …etc.

I am looking for buying a property for self use. Hence exploring Shriram Summit. If anyone can provide input on it, that would be very helpful.

Alternatively, if there is anyone interested in selling their existing property in Electronic city/Bannerghatta Road/Kanakpura Road, you could contact me.

I cannot comment on this specific project, but in general Shriram is not a A class builder for sure. Shriram may  fall into B+, but good in his category.
