Siroya sunshine

Any opinions/experience with Siroya constructions ? Especially Siroya Sunshine that is coming up in RT Nagar (http://www.siroyaconstructions.com/sunshine.html). Has anyone bought an apartment in this project ? Thoughts/advice would be appreciated.

It’s a very good investment option now, as rates may go up once construction is over. Siroya Sunshine is best option considering it’s with in city and comes with commercial space as an added advantage to residents for groceries etc. Builder is telling Cauvery water/BWSSB connection will be provided and is very close to Manyata Tech park (Approx 2 Kms). Construction Quality is quite good. I did a lot of research on the B’lore north, and booked a flat on Sunshine Siroya considering above good points. On disadvantages, the area is congested, roads around the property are small, there is railway gate towards MTP.

Please do not invest in this builder. Please check references of his Construction @ Yasharee CHS.(Don’t do by his words, check @ site to confirm) where he has delayed construction for more than 5 yrs.
80 families on road along with hopes of many many investors. In spite of various follow ups things remain the same.
Some individual agreements show posation date as 2013 some show 2014 some show 2015.
Fact is out of 19 floor building only 4 floors have been built in last five years.
