SJR Padington property

Hi,

has anyone booked a flat in SJR Padington property yet? Is anyone planning to do so near future.

Can someone share some more information about this project, base price seems to be at a higher end, 4290/-.

Hi Abhinav,

We are planning to book the flat this weekend  on  pre-launch offer price  of  Rs 4290 ..in Phase 1

Price looks very competitive  to me , considering the location  – presently major builders quoting 4600  Plus / s.q ft   in this location …

Overall the location is  also gr8 and very well connected to  Sarjapur road and Ring road   ..

Very close to Total mall, Spencer  , big bazaar , St Patrick school &  Elly childcare center &  total  number of units are also less.
