             Please do not fell in this project’s trap. I have enqired recently that people who have paid advance almost 9 months before are still waiting for the ground work to commence:( …So please be careful. I suppose SJR is having problems in getting the approvals and there may be some internal reasons and issues as well. They may say they have launched it but with-out proper set of approvals in hand they have done it and still work has not been started….think twice and do not rush…

I am also looking for an apartment and suggest me if you find any decent one…Do any one had idea on SNN in Bugur road…
