Hello – we have booked a 2bhk @ skylark ESTA and from June-13 onwards they have increased the service tax from Service Tax @12.36% (on 33% of Constructions + Car Parking) TO Service Tax @12.36% (on 40% of Constructions + Car Parking)

Also they are charging service tax of 12.36% on Club house?

Has the service tax been reviced with all builders??? if not then who controls the service tax???

I have booked 3 properties (all in construction phase) and only skylark has increased the price for service tax???
