Which block are you considering. Have you negotiated and brought down to  this rate ?

I didn’t have to negotiate much. I havent decided on block yet.

I am still wondering if its worth risking. People have invested in it ages ago and its been delayed for too long. Are any of you guys considering buying it? If so, do you have an opinion on completion of project?

They are keeping on varying the sq ft price, 4 days back they told 3800, which was negotiable, later they send em a mail with 4050 as price. So i’m thinking not to venture. The project looks massive from outside I’m looking out for a 3 bhk near Hebbal /Whitefield  . Am pretty confused as to which locality should i buy, whitefield or Hebbal.

Skyline is a builder like that (Wrt cost)

If you ask them over phone/email rate will be x per sq ft and On the site visit Rate offered would be .7x per sq ft and negotiation is still possible over is .7x  even.

I have personally tried their two project Waterfront and Beverely park and saw this. Handle them carefully.

Is anyone considering buying the skyline beverly park property. How is the builder? Do you think he will finish off this project?
