SNN Raj Eternia vs Purva Skydale

Hi please help me choose a property between SNN Raj Eternia and Purva Skydale, cost wise overall payment is same in both the cases but for SNN im getting 1875 sq ft  ( but possesion after 3 years) whereas in Purva 1685 sq ft but possession after a year.

I would prefer SNN Raj Eternia, if you are ready to wait for an extra year. I believe Purva Skydale possession is also mid of next year. So there might be 1 year difference in both projects possession.  You would be getting a bigger dimension flat with better amenities.

There will be at least two year difference between the possesion at max….it is just that i will pay rent for two extra years…and the uncertainity with construction works
