Our futile search with reliable properties in the outskirts of Bangalore took us to Sobha Estate on T Narasipura Road. The east facing plots are being quoted at 2350 and west facing at 2050. What appreciation can we expect in the next 5 years?

There isnt any special development around the area except that fact that airport is few km away and Infy campus is about 15 km away.

Any suggestions are welcome. Looking for a budget within 30 lakhs
