I am planning to take a Flat either in Sobha Silicon Oasis Vs Krishna Mystiq but I am confused . Which one will be better in location and for investment and resale value.
And your thoughts regarding Prestige Sunrise park location , investment purpose and resale value when compared to above properties. Awaiting your reply. Thanks in advance…

Let me share my thoughts on this, being a premium builder Shobha is asking for premium price ( 2 bhk ~ 90 L, 3 bhk ~ 1 Cr 10 L). I have seen the elevation plan of Shobha it is very good, they hired the landscaping guys from dubai to give the Oasis look.
Location advantage is same for both the projects, amneties is almost same for both the projects, appreciation would be better in Shobha as compare to Mystiq, Qulaity will be slightly better than Mystiq, accessability would be same for both the projects.
If you don’t have price constraints , you can go with Shobha (they are charging extra 4.5 L per head for electrical substation being this as sizable project). But if you wanted value for money than my advice to go with Krishna Mystiq. Krishna is trying to set their foot in south bangalore after this they will come up with Vila projects in south bangalore costing ard 2 cr each hence they want to set this project as model project to showcase to everybody.
So based on your apetite you can make a call as people have charm to live in with premium builders.
