hi friends i along with my 4 friends have booked the flats in nov-2013 and verified all the documents by our advocate and the same was verified in the SBI and LIC I prefered LIC for their flexibility. the project has more open space in the center where the builder is providing  good amenities, the location is very near to ring road in extent of around 3.5 acres.

Hi Sreekanth, I’ve also booked a flat in iWoods for the reasons you mentioned. I’m in process of verifying the documents which is taking some time. Can you please send me e-mail on , for some queries related to verification.

hi every one i have booked a flat in sonestaa iwoods after verifing with so many builders in the nearest areas like whitefield, sarjapur, marathahalli, nekunddi, including the same builders two more ventures at thubarahalli village sonestaa meadows and sonestaa silver oak, found meadows got delayed but quality is good enquired why delay builder says one man had obstructed the approach road to the building, but sonestaa siver oak by the same builder is very fast like sonestaa iwoods,the builder gave a bundle of documents i got them verified by an advocate then the advocate asked for list of few more ducuments and the builder gave some more documents and the same was okaayed by the advocate.builder suggested LIC (LAXMIKANTH) & SBI for finanacials. have any one approached LIC or SBI.please let me know.

hi, i booked a flat in sonestaa i woods,verified all legal documents with a reputed advocate he has given legal clearance i approached to LIC for loan.is anybody approached to LIC? anybody checked quality and specifications of his previous projects he is telling in iwoods they are giving standard fittings like jaguar,parryware for toilets, anchor modeler switches [ROMA] vitrified tiles flooring,asian emulsion paints and also they left 1.75 acres free space in the project for all amenities and play areas.

Hi All,

I have booked last week 2 bhk flat in sonesta iwoods,work is in progress,having lot of advantages like near to temples,ORR,malls very fast growing in terms of price as well as infrastructure.

Good investment for self living / rental purpose as well,bec compare to other projects near by this is the best one as i m the local of same area i have little information which may help full to you guys.

I have gone through SBI ,it s approved ,,just goahead , i heared that shortly the guidance value will be increased to another 5oo rs ,so obviously the per sqft prices will hike.

Definitely this is one of the best project in this locality.
