Execution

• There are 30 plots (30×40, 30×50, 40×50, 40×60) in a 32 Acre BMRDA approved gated community, surrounded by one acre parks with flower and fruit bearing trees, in close proximity to several villa projects.
• Out of the above mentioned 30 plots, 15 have been booked and 15 are available for booking.
• For each plot which is bought, the developer will donate an amount towards the cost of purchasing the temple land.
• Once the temple is registered under the temple trust, construction commences and will be completed within one year.
