Most hopeless builder in bangalore. Even the builders building the stand alone building are far better than these crooks. Really i think, i should leave the software industry and start my own real estate company after dealing with these illiterate folks. The issue list is endless:

– Lifts are always stuck, never works.
– Inside the flat they have fitted doors which leaves a gap of 4 inches
– GYM area is always flooded with water due to improper planning
– always there are electrical issues

the list goes on.

Due amount is Rs.4,50,000/- (60% of the work has been completed)

Dear Rammohan, when you take money from us why you dont complete the works on time, what is the issue
you dont have decency about customers, complete all the works like lift , cracks and amenities or else we will drag into consumer court

I am not personally involved with any of splendid projects but have lot of people I know who have business relations with them, and so I often get splendid lake dew Bangalore review from splendid group folks and find them very courteous and reasonable. I frequently go to my friends and relatives houses who live in the projects developed by splendid group and see that they have a very good planning and facilities. Parks, jogging tracks, parking, maintenance and security other in house amenities 7 their speedy response to issues; I feel like I should buy a home from Splendid.

I am also planning to book flat in this lake dew project from this builder but I am scared after seeing some of the user complaints for last project from this builder which was Splendid Royale in HSR layout. There are also complaints that the quality of construction from this builder is not good. They also delay in handing over the flat.

Since you have already booked the flat, could you please share your views and observations about the builder and the quality of construction they provide and what about the constructions, how fast it is.

Thank you so much for your post and proving the information about this builder in time before I can book flat with this group.

before I was thinking that it could have been issue with some of the customers and therefore they had provided bad feedback about them but I see negative feedback about them at most of the posts, so now I am going to take a U-turn and will drop my plan of booking flat with these people for now.

once again thank you for your post.

Would you mind sharing your experience with them and what kind of issue did you come across   so that in case if I go to site visit will ensure and discuss that same thing doesn’t happens with me.
