Hi, I am planning to purchase SR Oakwood Residency apartment near Pannathur , Kadubisanahalli,near Marathalli ring road. Can someone provide info how is builder and how is construction quality and future of this project ?

Hi,

Did any one brought Flat in “SR Oakwood Residency” located at Panathur(lane beside Croma marthahalli).

i haven’t see any of the website or postings in commonfloor or magicbricks about the project so i am little worried.

i spoke to the Builder today and i was told that he wont provide OC Certificate but he provides CC Certificate and that land is on A Khatta and flats B kattha what does this mean?,is it okay to go with them?.what happens if OC is not given?
