Hello Everyone,

They are cheaters.

When i had visited their site they said that they got CC and have all the documents. Then i booked one flat and paid booking 1 L Rs.

Then in next visit i asked for documents but they said they are still trying to get CC from BBMC and asked me to wait for 7 days.

After 10 days i again asked but they said wait for another 10 days.

Then i decided to cancel booking because they are suspected and i got to know that their construction quality is not so good.

Its been 2 months and still i dint get my booking amount refunded. as they told its refundable if we cancel booking for any reason.

I have filed case against these people in customer forum to get my money back.

I contacted one advocate and he is already having one case running in customer forum against same builder for old properties.

They are cheaters, Dont ever visit this property.

I dont know i will get my money back or not. but i have decided then i will fight against them.
