sri lakshmi builders has shown its bad color to all the common people. They are chetaer like no other, I believe. I have also booked a flat in sri lakshmi arcade, paid 20% as well, but they have increased the consideration value in the name of car parking. They are helding my registration also, after 20% was paid 17 months back..
I am not willing to buy reserved car parking at the moment due to money problem; however they are insiting on the same. sri lakshmi builders employees behaviour is worst example inthe field of customtakeouter care and executives responsiveness.
We need to voice our concern in unity and show them common man power.

The company SRI LAKSHMI BUILDERS has been taking money from many people in the name of Land registration and Appartment and cheating them by not providing either their land/house or returning their money back…. They are harassing the people they have trapped to the extend no one can imagine …… Real cheat people specially their owners/MD etc …….. Dont ever fall in trap of these devils else you will also cry the way others are crying desparately on their hard earned money ……. State adminstration/Police should take strun action on them so that all those cheating innocent people cant even dare to do so ever ….
Be AWARE of these Devils .

What they promise they are not able to deliver and would never take the ownership .. Customer is always at loosing end.
I booked my first flat with very high hopes with sri lakshmi builders however first they delivered the flat very late (approx 8 months) and put a lot of clauses to ensure that they do not have to pay any penalty to the customer for late delivery and loss. Finishing of Flat is not up to the mark (small details are not looked after) and always in hurry to handover the flat. Quality person is not at all approachable. Parking area is like a lottery and winner are already selected.
I really hope that they realize the importance of customer service and value for money for them.
