Subha Omkara Electrioncity Phase 1
Hi friends,
My Slef Nanda Kishore, I have brought one bhk flat in Subha Omkara in e’city close to my office. Me and my family liked this project because of location, price & will get ready in next three months, where I can convert my Rent into EMI. At the time of my visit I have seen many other similar buildings in the same layout and those are not of one bhk as I required.
I had lots of doughts before buying this flat hence it’s “Panchayat Land” and this flats are approved by only few nationalized banks like Andra, dhfl and canara bank. But I wanted loan from HDFC bank since my home loan is already approved. Because of Panchayat Land Other MNC banks are not funding this projects but I have crossed checked all the legal tittles through my advocate and he said Titles are clear as per Panchayat. This Properties are yet to approve by BBMP and it has few small deviations like Set back are less for the property and Building plan is approved through Panchayat.
Now problems seems getting clear Because of Akarama – Sakarama Scheme is active by government now, where I/ builder can pay some fee to this scheme and property taxes can be paid to BBMP and get A khata soon. I would like to share a link for the same info.

Now also this builders are actively working on this, I heard that prices are geting increased soon by 25 – 50% .

What is the total sqft for 1 BHK and what is the price per sqft inclusive of tax?
