Did anyone book a flat in luxuria ?

The location seems good. But any idea about the builder and the construction quality of this previous projects.

More importantly, where there any deviations in his previous projects ?

Is he commiting for khata A and occupancy certificate from BBMP.

few facts about Subhodaya:

Quality of construction is decent. More number of concerete pillars etc.

Builder is really really poor in hitting deadlines. The most recent project on Bannerghatta road called “subhodaya laurels” is yet to be fully completed and handed over to residents. It was supposed to get over in Dec 2013.
Accessories like plumbing, wiring, etc are ov average quality. Lifts used are really bad. They used a Chennai based company called Surya, which is poor quality wise.

They are really rude to you once they have get your money. Only keep making promises and never complete them. Please pay a visit to completed projects and talk to residents.

I am planning to book an apartment in Subhodaya Luxuria. Can somebody share a review on the builder? Also builder promised to provide OC but demands 1Lac (Fee + Bribe) in return of it, has he mentioned any such condition to others as well?
