Suggestion needed

Hi,

Will it be advisable to book apt with a first time builder? Considering the offer rate is quite attractive(2500) and small project (24 apts), whitefield area, no amenities..

If it is legally clear, has all approvals and you trust that the developer has enough money to complete the project in time then why not….
