We are looking to buy a plot in FernsHabitat ( gated community in Doddanakundi) near total mall. The quite is 5300/- INR per sqft. The plot is west facing and there is a railway track adj to gated community( 6 houses away)

East side of the plot is an apartment which covers half of the plot ( i-e south-east part of the plot), but the disctant between the apartment block to the wall is around 20 ft

The plot is little uneven and we might have to forego close to 170 aqft to make it even

Pls advise whether to buy this plot
