Suggestions for Tier 1 builder 3BHK in Whitefield latest by 2015 with 95L budget

It would be great if anyone can help suggest some (almost) ready to move in apartments, my criterion is:
– Location: Whitefield, ORR, Sarjapura with good location AND approach road
– Builder: Sobha, Prestige, Brigade, Purva (in that order)
– Project size: at least 15-20 acre campus
– Super Built Up area: 1500-1700
– Budget (basic cost + car park): 90 L (I am willing to pay Registration, VAT, BWSSB, Society, maintenance, etc etc on top of this budget)
– others: would prefer cavalry water availability (at least in near future) and good approach road to the property
Do you think I am being too unrealistic with the budget, which could fulfil almost every parameter I have mentioned above ?

Hi Palash, thanks for your response. I have already booked a 3BHK in PLH but considering its possession in 2018, I wanted to buy a 2nd property.
I am therefore looking at buying a 2BHK, either in Brigade Lakefront or Brigade Cosmopolis (both will be ready by 2016). I want advice with respect to the pros and cons of both brigade projects ? I liked the size of lakefront campus but location of cosmopolis is definitely better in my opinion. Price is ok with me for both projects. So which one do I go for ?
Once PLH is ready then I can decide whether to continue staying in Brigade (cosmopolis or lakefront) or move to PLH. But that decision will have to wait for 5 years at least 🙂

I would advice you to go for Brigade Cosmopolis simply because of its great location and its spacious site plan when compared to Lakefront.
