may i ask people who have booked their flats in this property to kindly post their experiences. I know that the project is a A khata property (land + flats), good connectivity, loading is around 30%….what I am unaware is what are the builders plan of maintaining the property after possession. They are not collecting any maintenance..would they be maintaining it at all. if not, I see this as a risk.
