Hi,I am planning for 2 bhk in Pranavam project.my question to who already stayiing or booked here ..are there any concerns about this project..like quality/water availability/pylon near kids play area etc..at this stage there are not many options..still I liked this because of locality…the price they are quoting is 4900 per sqft..but including other amenity charges it will be close to 5700 per sqft…any thoughts about the reasonable price for this project?any further scope for negotiations….thank you
