Hi All

I have booked a flat in Sankalpam. Will be signing the  agreement on this Saturday. I had done some research on the builder and found that Sumadhura is a very genuine builder without any legal issues in the past projects. The project is SBI approved. I am going for loan with SBI and the bank would anyways  do all the legal verifications before sanctioning the loan.

I am planning to buy a 2BHK in sankalpam. I recently visited the site, they said it will be completed by AUG’2015.  What is the date promised to you ?   Four floor roofs are completed, plastering is done upto 2nd floor. they said 90% work is done, but then why delay till Aug’15.

Has anyone considered the High VOltage Power grid lines going nearby Sankalpam (100-200m away), very near to Euro School.  Lots EMF Radiation .  All the 3 projects of sumadhura are impacted.

Studies show safe distance is atleast 50 meter . Share your thoughts. Reliable source being NIEHS.
