Sumadhura Silver Ripples – Opinion

Hi,
This is about the new project launched by sumadhura constructions on borewell road.
They are quoting around 4400 as launch price(last weekend). Location seems good to me but apprehensive about the builder, quality of work, his ability to deliver such big projects, etc. since there are some negative comments about him. Need your opinion on this.
As per sales guy, this is their first project in high end luxury segment(19 floors, loads of amenities promised)
Past projects include anandham, vasantham, madhuram ,etc

Hi,
I did some reserach on this builder . I spoke to one more friend of mine who is builder in this area and also with few others. Builder seems to be good . In fact I visited all his sites in whitefield before taking a decision of going with him . Every builder has got bad remarks/reviews in internet as I feel people who are happy never express or pen down the feedbak in net unlike US or other developed countries . I have booked the flat in Block H . ( 2.5 BHK – 1585 Sqft ). I felt location is excellent builder is decent and road work has already started besides Shell petrol bunk . And one more thing ..its 14 floors and not 19…you can refer the link

A friend who already owns a Sumashura home recommended this property to me. Initially I was apprehensive about the price and genuinity of this all. However once I met the CRM team and after taking legal and personal opinions, I decided to book my home here. Excited to move in fast, work is in steady progress

sumadhura is genuine i had visited Silver Ripples site too actually wanted to buy a Apartment here but i didnt had that budget and i have already brought an apartment in Pranavam and planning to book an apartment in silver ripple and i am sure these builders are good.

Sumadhura constructions on borewell road are built with world class amenities and specifications i suggest you guys to invest on it. Don’t listen for fake reviews because now im living in the same Sumadhura apartment of Borewell road . Hope this answer gives you positive move.

Look at the verification report by the lawyer for this project. It’s very comprehensive in nature.
