Dont go with CMRS…They have never ever delivered the projects with given specifications and always delayed projects.
I was considering this project until I received an out-of-the-world price quote from them. So, I didn’t bother to visit the site or did any serious review on the builders. The project apparently is inherited by some Divya properties and CMRS, which is rather confusing (How are these two related?). Nevertheless, for a small-time builder with a tentative 2014 possession with no real feedbacks they are asking an almighty demand.
Further feedbacks from any serious buyers in an around Mahadevapura will be appreciated. I am in for a group booking. Does any one have updates on Shilpitha Splendor (price/possession)?

Hi.. Dont you have any other good projects to chose than this CMRS. why are you falling on the well.As said by Sateesh they dont deliver projects with agreed specifactions.Only the flat design will be good.But flat will be different look.For possession you have to wait for minimum 6 months after grace period from them.My possession was last september.But i got flat in June this year.within 1 year i can see the quality is very bad.Mixing in cement to paint.you know they will build minimum 5 pent houses in the area sold to you as undivided.

I am considering Sunny Dew of CMRS builders. Which CMRS project you were referring to as 6 months delay, penthouse, quality, etc? Do you have any suggestions for better valued properties in the vicinity?

CMRS group has much evolved in last few years. Now they are an ISO9001:2008 certified company with very strong processes in place to control the schedule and quality. Also, they are now an IGBC member committed for following green building guidelines. All the new projects strictly follow environmental guidelines and provide better sunlight and ventilation. Sunny dew is now almost sold out.

Deb, “ALL” the builders who build residential property in premium layouts and provide it for economy rates are forced to build few penthouses to cover the losses. I would consider it as a right thing to do to provide common man pricing at posh areas!

I was hunting to buy a flat in mahadevapura locality from 1 year, there are many properties in and around Mahadevapura ORR with low price and builders are ready to give it for very low price, as a buyer i did thorough survey on price, quality, amenities, return on investment or to stay in the apartment. then finally i found CMRS Sunny dew as per my requirement in all aspects. without much publicity almost all the flats were sold so finally decided to book a flat at decent price which fits my budget. Builders were crystal and clear to customers to share every thing about the project. so kindly make a visit before you buy an apartment and than decide.

i own a flat in sunny dew apartment in mercury block which is 2 bhk, i am very much happy to see my flat, the builders are very helpful in all aspects in choosing tiles, fittings, painting, etc…. and the finishing of the building is come out really well..i dont have any problem with the builder or any legal hassles with this apartment, the appreciation of this apartment is really high..i saw few small apartments in other side of ORR opp to more mega store where price is less but amenities wise, connectivity and future appreciation i chose this project and i am happy with this ..reconsider your decision…

Just did a site visit and there are few flats left. Does anyone know people who are already staying there? If so, can you please let me know
1. Occupancy certificate – there’s a lot of mixed reviews on this builder regarding deviation from plan. Have they been given OC yet?
2. Build quality – a few reviews mentioned that the build quality was not good. I thought they were decent but I am possibly not qualified to say anything about it. Any feedback would be appreciated
3. Possession seems to be in 3 months time. Have any of you who booked in the other blocks gotten possession so far? If so, how was the experience?
