Hi, any body for any reviews about sunshine Hilss.

Felt it was too exorbiantly prriced ,they quote around 2800/sqft.is it really worth the price?

also they talk about a lot of other developments, will it really happen as it seems to be a big ticket investment especially for Tumkur road.
