I had a site visit at the property today.  I am looking for a 2BHK . they told only block a and block b two flats in the ground floor are available.

from the above chat i see both of you have already booked the apartment. Did they provide you with the necessary Commencement Certificate ??
It would help me a lot if you could tell me how your experience has been with the builders so far.
Could you also provide me info about the builders ?
one enquiry , I read in a few places that this project is by the Winning Edge Group ? I am confused ! Is it a joint venture ?

Please be careful with SV Brindavanam builders. They are not customer friendly.

Till you book flat, they confuse you. Once you book they treat you very badly.

I would like to share my experience. We booked 3BHK flat. Latter realized we couldn’t bare cost. Since 2BHK flat east facing is also not available. We cancelled booking. They have deducted 50% of Booking cost. This is very very annoying.

Please be careful about this builder.All his projects, he squeezes the parking area .you can not park even maruti alto properly. His construction qualities are not up to standard.His Architect is very bad.Design is very poor.He takes premium money but he gives lot of trouble to owners. Does not care after the agreement is done.Very very bad builder
