The project is really appealing. Location is very good and the flats are vastu compliant. I have also booked a 2 BHK flat.

Had visited sv heights  and spoke to them on Friday .was also  looking at harsha g ateway, , shilpitha sun flower, sv heights. and temple tree. sv heights is good but many risk factors like road widening less amenities and conjusted. Architect floor plan is good. They are currently giving it for 3900 per sq ft and they are not flexible negotiable inspite of having many risks like road widening heavy ,noise pollution noise will be a huge problem for new born babies also for heart patients involved.  I did ask for 3800 but they are not even reducing fifty to hundred.Hence striked  two deals with shilpitha sunflower. Got withhin more or less for a good reasonable price with better amenities, 75 percent open space . Shilpitha sunflower guys are flexible and reasonable with excellent connectivity. Booked one for ourself and one for my sisterinlaw.

I am also interested in this,I have seen it from the main road,visiting site day after…has anybody recently booked a flat here? Is the builder providing OC? I tried to search for the builder reviews but coundn’t get much info..this is my first purchase , any info on the builder reputation will be highly helpful and appreciated…

Hi All,

Please be careful about this project and builder. The builder takes premium money saying OC.His architech design is very bad. He cheats in parking area.the parking area given in his last projects is very very small, one can not even park a maruti alto. So please keep everything in agreement. Also the construction quality is very very bad. Last project, it developed big cracks throughout the buildings.He somehow handovers the key and after that he does not listen to all the complaints .He removes all his staff from that building ,and owners suffer for next 2 years to rectify things out of their own pockets. So please be very carefull.
