I saw couple of apartments in SVS Silver Woods. The location is good. But the builders web site looks to be unauthentic and doesn’t have the Silver Woods project listed. Any one has bought a flat in this apartment or have any experiences to share? Does this builder have credibility?

Hi,
I have booked apartment in SVS Silverwood. Agree websites are not up-to date. But the builder is good local builder and they have many projects running in Bangalore SVS Palms (1-2 near KR Puram). I have seem SVS Palms (others I have just checked online).
Project has clear Titles and Builder will be providing OC and CC. And loan is approved by SBI. As this is on road head (still 100 mtr from road), these are the items I have considered before buying.
More over ~40 apartments are already booked and work progress is also good. Builder is claiming to give Possession by August, 2014 {as per agreement with +3 months grace}. Builder will handover flat for interiors by June, 2014).
