SVS Palms review

Hi,
SVS Palms is launched few days back which is very close to SJR Unity.
Can some body please throw light on the builder, launched project, past history of the builder, location and other legal factors.
I am planning to book an apartment there so want reviews on that.

i did some research about the developer before i booked one flat @ SVS Palms
There are currently doing some projects near Rammoorthy nagar & HAL Kalyanamantapa.
There is one completed projects i think its name is SVS Anandha Nilayam near Rammoothy nagar police station. There were some mixed reviews actually
Few people were complaining about the Low quality man power which they have used for plastering whereas few talked about the quality if the interiors and completion of project on time. So when asked about the flaws of the completed project to the builder, they say its their first project & they have replaced the man power with more experienced people for SVS PALMS project .
I liked this project mainly because of location & price to some extent.They are offering decent amenities. Every project has its own pros/cons in some ways or the other.
SJR Unity which is near to this project is being quoted at 4200 psft. i feel there are good prospects to this project considering EKYA school, connectivity to ITPL,ORR ,Marathalli & the Proposed site for Bagmane tech park opposite to this project.
Currently they are selling for Phase-1 now

Hi Balaji, Did you confirm that SVS Anandha Nilayam is of same Builder, as its not mentioned on SVS’s official website?

Is SVS Palms on Quarry land ?
I am interested in SVS Palms; but want to ensure its land is porper. I heard that SJR Unity is built on query land, which means its base will not be strong and water problem may be there. As SVS Palms is situated near to SJR Unity; I would like to check about quality of land in SVS Palms. Is it quarry land or not? Has anyone checked about it?

I did some enquiry about this builder before i booked a flat at the SVS palms.I found that this builder has many projects running in the bangalore with good quality and zero deviation. I took the help of their people for the visits and had nearly 10visits before deciding.I will share there number with you all , it may be helpful to some of you.
