Hi Just want to understand the concept of TRANSFER OF DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS (TDR) /
Development Rights Certificate (DRC).
As per my knowledge, DRC is valid for 5 years. However, the same will be revalidated for a further period of 5 years. And it shall lapse after expiry of 10 years.
Here I want to understand the complications related with DRC renewal and the renewal fees of DRC.
Suppose if I purchase a flat from builder and he purchases the TDR and gives DRC for that particular unit to me. After getting OC, TDR & DRC from builder and spending 5 years in that unit what process I need to follow to renew DRC and what will be the renewal fee for that.
Is it complicated for an individual buyer?
