I have finalized one site in Hoskote. The builder/Marketers name is Tekton Estates Pvt. Ltd.

They are quoting 1450/- sq ft for 30X45 sq ft project. I have searched a lot in internet but didn’t see much

People has posted about this site and project.

Please suggest. Moreover, I talked to one of the guy who was buying the some sites in March 2012 over

there but didn’t go ahead with deal as some heirarchy was missing in sale deeds.
