Do you have a comparison between various builders policies about payments – booking cancellation terms, reselling terms etc. I bought Purva, and found that they charge 4% of “their current market price” as commission if someone is reselling the property before registration. While this seems to be high, a comparison would help people make a informed call when going for a property for investment.
