It looks Very DICEY &  VAGUE because they offer only PRICES not PROPERTY at last …::

Are they saying 2 mins walk from Mg Road, yet only 5 mins from both Electronic city and ITPL ?
On advertisements are they saying affordable 20 lacs for a lavish and luxurious 3bhk, but when reach them in person, they quote 2.5 crores only?

And to answer  your question, yes they are fake. Full of fake…fake…fake…Stay away from them.

i am waiting for my pdc cheque.never again will i even think of investing in projects where docs are not at all clear.huge risk waste of time.hopefully i will get back my 1 lakh without too much hassle.

better invest in ready projects with all docs including khatha in place..
