Hi, Is there a buyer’s group for this project? I am interested to buy a villa here and visited them. Couple things i want to get clarify…

1) No model villa so not sure how the quality will be

2) The villa plot size is only ~1650  with a SBA of 2900 Sq ft. This concept of equl division of entiere site is new to me. Can anybody explain the positives and negatives of this concept.

Also overall project positives and negatives.
