I am planning to buy apartment in HRC ibbani Jakkur. The project is currently completed and want to know details on quality and  locality of the apartment. Any suggestions?

I have come to know the surroundings layouts are BDA layouts and will be an upcoming area in few years. Is that true? Can somebody give some details on this?
