I visited the site, location looks fine, but quality and the carpet area, are the concern.

What they are mentioning sq ft, doesnt look ok for me. And they are saying they will provide OC, but not giving any written promise in Sales Agreement.

Dont believe in this builder , stay away from him. quality of work and all promised things will go in vain once he receive all your money. Go check his previous project of Adithya constructions.

I have taken in here. Till now it looks good. Phase-1 is completed, phase-2 is about to be completed.

Anybody in Trifecta Esplande who has given work to ANS interiors for interior work?. Do you know the contact number of them or the person incharge?
