I have recently booked an apartment with Uber Verdant. I got the documents verified from a lawyer at that time and everything was fine. But recently somebody told me that there is an issue with the land and again I have verified the documents with the different lawyer and she suggested me not to go for this property at all. I am not sure what to do as I have already paid 75% of the amount. Regarding the OC, the sales team has told me that they will provide OC on possession of the apartment. But I am sure it’s not going to happen. Please suggest me if anyone else is facing the same problem. If you want I can create an owner group where the flat owner can discuss the same rather than discussing it in public because I can see so many sales people doing same fake branding here.
