Unishire Porte Fenetre

There is a newly launched project in HSR Unishire Porte Fenetre. They are quoting approx 97 lakhs

for 3 bhk duplex. What is your view about the builders and project.

did u get any reply about the builder? can anybody comment abt the builder. the hsr plan is not approved yet , so the risk is higher
