Hi,

I am planning to buy a Villa in Vakil Encasa project in Electronic city. So far i have got all the positive reviews about Vakil housing and their Encasa project. Overall the project looks good and is approved by LIC, HDFC and AXIS Bank. What bothers me is that the project is launched almost 2-3 years back and is still only 75% occupied. Also, SBI approval is still pending.

Considering the fact that the project launched 2-3 years ago, the SBI approval should have happened by now.

So, my question is, is it okay to go ahead with the project, or should wait for sometime for approval. On paper, everything looks good but I don’t wanna keep any doubts before proceeding for the same.

Please advise.
