Vaswani Reserve Review

Hi,

Can someone please suggest on the project “Vaswani reserve” on Sarjapur/marathali ORRoad.

Builder is asking for 4950 psf. Does it make sense to invest at this price OR this is too inflated.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

I want to book a flat at Vaswani Reserve. Looking for your suggestion on the property on best sqft rates, any legal issues, builder commitment and quality.

Hi,

I am planning to book a 1750sqft flat in this project which will cost 1cr including everything(i.e  VAT + registration) included.

I want to know 2-3 years down the line will this be a good investment? also, how much will be the appreciation potential? will this be worth it or should i look at smaller projects? For us its both quality of living & roi which matters.
