Golden Grand –> Golden Gate Properties

Hi,

I am looking for a property in Bangalore North. Came across the project called “Golden Grand”.I am new to Bangalore so have no idea about the area as well as the project.The rate is Rs 6400 sq ft.Few queries are as follows:

  • Is this much rate worth for the project?
  • Will this project is good for investment?
  • Any other reasonable and affordable projects in this area close to city?

their are MANY projecta completed and under construction here, in different price range. check local brokers for comments on these including golden grand.
