Villas/Independent house near KR Puram

Hi Harsha,
I am looking for a Villa/Independent house project near KR Puram, Old Madras road. Can you suggest
me some new launched projects? As budget is low around 80-85 Lakhs considering it is a villa I would
prefer something just launched and to be completed by 2015.

I did check pruksa and am not 100% sure about booking yet…just wanted to find some more options and explore them before making a decision…
Can you suggest me some other names if any? for my budget and expectation I understand that it is very hard to find something but still if you have some more names pls let me know (may be pre-launch projects offering good deals)
