       I have been trying to buy a plot in bagalore from past 1 year and couldn’t due to raising prices day-by-day.

Recently I have seen two places and decided to go either of them. Could you please provide your valuable opinions and feedbacks on them

1. Vishwapriya layout, Begur road – They have made a layout just behind vishwapriya layout in begur road and quoting 2600-2700 per sqft. Is it worthy to take a plot there.

2. I have seen a layout in Kadugodi – KR puram connecting road…..A layout near Seegahalli village and close to Lakemont front school. The layout is by Samrudhi ppl and they are quoting 1900 per sqft.

My intension is to construct my own home after 1 or 2 years and stay there. And expecting rents as well. Can you please tell me whether the price they are quoting is ok ?..How do you expect these area’s appreciation to be in next 2-3 years?

Which one do you prefer among both? If you have any info on other good layouts near to whitefield, kadugodi etc which in in the range of 25-32 lakhs….please let me know. It would be helpful.
