I am planning to book a flat.  Builder is offering at 3700 rs per sq/ft.  he said that only 20-25 flat are available. is it true? price seems very high for this locality.  which could be right price for this project. i am looking for more information about legal issue and future appreciation before going ahead.

Hello Fellas –   I am planning to buy a property at VRR StoneArch and will hopefully book soon. I just had some queries –

1) The sales rep is quoting Rs.3750 per-sq-ft. Just wanted to get a feedback if “3750” is an “ideal” price or should I negotiate  bit more & get it down by another Rs.50-75? Also, what would be “best” price?

2) The sales rep mentioned VRR has a tie-up with SBI, Axis, LIC & ICICI. How easy it is to get the approvals from a non-builder-favored bank? I am more keen on HDFC… your thoughts please?

3) It appears some of the owners have created a group. A humble request to please add me too –

I had booked an apartment in VRR Lakeview. When I asked their marketing head (nelson) regarding the paperwork, he promised all and answered all my questions very confidently, making me believe in this project. But when i asked him to provide me the same answers by email, he backed off. He even changed his answers, and lied that he had not committed to anything. I dealt with VRR himself and sorted things out. The builder, VRR seems nice, but avoid doing anything via the marketing guys. The entire marketing team seems to be doing a very bad job and will lie anything to get you to do the booking.
