As per construction status, excavation and structure building is done. They’re waiting for SBI approval, which is still pending. Other banks like axis,hdfc and lic have approved it. Its a bbmp approved project.

Even I have booked the flat @ Fortuna almost 1 year back now they are telling possession will be on dec 2017. It was communicated that when we book the apartment as Dec 2016.  Have u guys already discussed with the builder? Can you please add me to the google group and also to the facebook.
