I would like to invest in Bangalore upt0 30 to 40 lacs with either apartment / row houses. Can u suggest me which project is suitable with my budget and the highly appreciation area? I thought to prefer bannerghatta road / sarjapur road. And looking for pre-launch offers. Can u give suggestion on this?
