Hi, I am thinking to book a flat at Sumukha Opal coming up at JP nagar 5th phase. (120 flats with all amenities as quoted). Location is very good but road access is not so clear. Since it wil be huge investment for me, I want to know about the builder before i commit. completions is said to be by Dec 2013.  Please provide me pointers to clarify my doubts.
